Eddie Collins and Carla Rizzoli, his significant other, are involved in a drive-by shooting on
Hollywood Boulevard. Subsequent investigation leads to the suspicion that the incident may
have been an attempt to prevent him from testifying against four pornographers, whose arrest
several months prior was the result of Eddie’s investigation. While working on the film “Burnt
Hills,” Eddie’s suspicions are magnified when an actress he’s working with in a scene is hit by
gunfire. He’s convinced he’s the target, and his belief is confirmed when he and his associate,
Reggie Benson, are kidnapped and taken up into the high desert with the intent of killing both of
them.
